Doucet Survey was involved with this project from its’ outset. Our initial scope involved preparing a Base Map for conceptual design, a pre-construction ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, and construction layout. Most recently, we performed a post-construction UAV (drone) survey of the 93-acre site in order to prepare As-built Plans and updated ALTA Plans.
