Doucet Survey Inc. was hired to perform a Land Title Survey for the Radisson Hotel and Parking Garage on this high profile site in downtown Manchester, NH. As is typical in many urban environments, the availability of survey monumentation was extremely limited. With the assistance of the Manchester Public Works Department, our field crew located a pair of granite bounds within manholes in the middle of Elm Street, a busy 4-lane roadway. Another challenge was determining the location of a deeded air space within the existing structures. This involved using our survey equipment inside the building in order to locate hallways, doorways, and interior walls. Great care was taken to properly depict the multitude of easements that affected the premises and to accurately represent the physical improvements on the site.
