KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Mr. Kaiser began surveying in 1993. He then went to the University of New Hampshire where he received an Associates Degree in surveying. Since then he has moved throughout the ranks to Project Manager where he has been since 2002. His current duties include project cost estimations, records research, boundary analysis, computations and client correspondence. He obtained his New Hampshire Surveyor's License in December 2005. Jack's specialties include Engineering Surveys and Construction layout.
