435 Unit Apartment Project at the University Of New Hampshire, Durham, NH
Doucet Survey is currently providing construction layout services for The Cottages of Durham, an off-campus student housing project. This is the latest of several new student apartments Doucet has provided survey for.
Also relative to local student housing, credit goes to the 40-unit Bryant Park West off Mast Road, where the developer Perry Bryant set a new standard for high quality sustainable off campus housing. We were involved in all aspects of survey for Mr. Bryant and have since been involved in several other exciting student apartment projects.
