In anticipation of a new $63 million facility, Doucet Survey was hired to prepare a topographic survey of the existing 10 acre site and an adjacent 8 acre area. This historic site presented several design constraints including limited space, and shore frontage on the Piscataqua River. Features located included structures, inverts, weir elevations, observable utilities, wetland flagging, tide elevations and one foot contours.
