Doucet Survey was involved with this project from its’ outset. Our initial scope involved preparing a Base Map for conceptual design, a pre-construction ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey, and construction layout. Most recently, we performed a post-construction UAV (drone) survey of the 93-acre site in order to prepare As-built Plans and updated ALTA Plans. Our UAV survey revealed that some of the interior roadways and improvements had been constructed outside of established easements, resulting in the need for us to prepare revised Easement Plans. The use of the UAV allowed us to capture site details in a fraction of the time than it would have taken a conventional survey crew. The high-resolution images were then processed and used to generate geo-referenced orthomosaic photos, Civil 3d CAD files, and Digital Surface Models.
